Hello and Welcome Back to The Solo RolePlayers Podcast. Today I am, exhilarated, a little I think due to a bad mushroom I found in at the foot of a bigger mushroom in a very strange forest, to bring you the first [ACTUAL PLAY] session of Dolmenwood.

[CHALLENGE] - The 20 min Session

Take on the challenge!
Choose your weapon (system and support). Set your timer (20 mins). Prepare your dice. (you already have too many) and a writing implement (a nice one?). Then sit down and PLAY. Play with what you have. FUDGE the rules you don't know. KEEP moving and have a session. Trust Me.

#29 [FIRST LOOK] - Coriolis: The Great Dark

Hello and Welcome back to The Solo RolePlayers Podcast. Today on the show I am keen as mustard to bring out another new format for a spin. 
That first look, first touch, first flick of a new RPG is a magical experience. You (or at least I) skin things, stop at cool art, let out a 'wicked' under your breath for some fangled new dice mechanic, and let the beginnings of your first potential story in this game start to bubble up in your imagination.

#27 [ACTUAL PLAY] - Cartograph

Hello and Welcome Back to The SoloRolePlayers Podcast. Today on the show, in preparation for the official, one and only, never to be repeated first episode of season 2 of the show (nearly finished but not quite) I bring to you today an ancient recording found collecting dust, presumably in some moldering tomb or another, a play I did way back in the early years of the lovely little game Cartograph. 
This is not your heart-wrenching, stomach-churning, drama heavy playthrough, but rather a very cozy walk through this book.
Part play, part tutorial, part unboxing.....now that I edit it I realise it is foreshadowing of things to come..... all map drawing, so with that mysterious inkling out of the way, in anticipation for the new season, sit back, relax and enjoy an early years episode from that guy who plays games solo for some reason...PJ
