Hey PJ. With regards to what to do with Root RPG, perhaps grab some components from the board game and then ”kitbash” them together with the RPG rules, an adventure prompt from some existing ”animal story or RPG” source (Badgers & Burrows, Mouseguard, Wanderhome, Mice & Mystics, Watership Down, Secret of Nimh, Animal Farm?) and create your own emergent narrative adventure!
